California Library Association, Young Adult Services Award – Opens for Nominations May 15

Do you know a Youth Services Library worker who has done amazing things for their middle and/or high school community in 2023? Nominate them for the CLA Young Adult Services Award of Achievement.

This award recognizes the accomplishments of an exceptional library professional working in young adult services, in a public of school library, during 2023.

This award is sponsored by the Bay Area Young Adult Librarians (BAYA) and endorsed by the Youth Services Interest Group (YSIG) of the California Library Association (CLA).

Application Period: Wednesday, May 15 – Monday, July 15, 2024

Award: Recipient will receive recognition at the CLA Annual Conference in October 2024, a $500 award, a one-year BAYA membership, and reimbursement for one-year CLA membership.
