Do you know an exceptional library leader who continuously demonstrates their support to the teens and young adults in your community? The Bay Area Young Adult Librarians (BAYA) and Youth Services Interest Group (YSIG) of the California Library Association (CLA) are currently accepting nominations for the CLA Young Adult Services Award of Achievement. The CLA Young Adult Services Award of Achievement recognizes the accomplishments of an exceptional library professional working in young adult services in a public or school library during 2019. One winner will receive a $500 award, a one-year BAYA membership, and a reimbursement for a one-year CLA membership to be awarded at CLA’s Annual Virtual Conference in May 2021.
