Although our March 2020 Meeting was canceled for health concerns, one of our long-time members, Erik Berman of the Alameda County Library system, was willing to provide his presentation on Outcomes. Erik reviews how outcomes different from outputs, how outcomes for teens differ from children and adult services outcomes, and how outcomes can be used to better support the teens in our communities.
